WELCOME TO TEXAS HISTORY, 

This week we will work on Gone to Texas posters. I will provide you with magazines to create these posters. They are going to serve as advertisements. You will try to convince the people of the United State to move to Texas; you will state reasons why it is better to live in Texas.

The end of year trip payment is due 12/20/17.

If I do not have at least 20 students pay we will cancel the end of year trip. 

7th grade Socials will take place on Thursday the 21st. 

December 21st will be early dismissal for all students.

WELCOME TO TEXAS HISTORY, 

Welcome Students,

I hope you had a great and restful break! Now that class is back in session I expect that each and one of you respect our classroom and class procedures. I do my best to inspire and motivate you to do your best on everything you do!

This week we will be covering the Louisiana Purchase, Manifest Destiny, Federalists, a review on empresarios. I will post the review online so that you're able to review it. We will be six weeks testing on December 14th.
